This project has it all, combining asbestos removal, internal strip-out, and also a large structural component forming the base of the works.
With extremely difficult access, we adopted the use of an Allimak that was crane lifted into the building. This ensured we always had access to each floor throughout the demolition process.

The building was gutted from the rooftop down through the three levels of timber floors, slabs, masonry walls, and structural beams and columns, leaving only the outer shell intact.

The slabs were removed using different methods depending on accessibility. Some were cut out using our range of concrete cutting equipment, with catch decks installed below. We also adopted the use of our 900kg mini excavators, which were used to hammer out walls, slabs, columns, and do all the heavy lifting.
